A few simple tips to read before planning your holiday. They may seem obvious, but the foundation of any shared stay lies in rules of conduct that can make a vacation pleasant or no, always remembering that our freedom ends where that of others begins.
Campground Rules
- Check-in for pitches: from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If the pitch is not vacated by the specified time, an additional night will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount for the booked period remains due. Unless otherwise agreed, arrival must be by 9:00 PM. Any reservation will be canceled if Reception has no news of the guest by 4:00 PM on the day following the scheduled arrival.
- Guests must settle the payment 7 days before their arrival. Cash payments exceeding legal limits are not accepted.
- Departures and arrivals follow the posted schedule. Pitches must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- All campers and visitors, adults and children, are required to present their ID at Reception upon arrival; those without it will not be admitted. Minors without photo ID (see D.L. 03/05/2014) or unaccompanied by their parents are not permitted. For the duration of their stay, minors must be accompanied and housed with their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring that the campsite rules are observed and respected. Children must always be supervised when using the facilities and restrooms. Parents are directly responsible for their children. In the case of unaccompanied minors, a parental authorization together with a photocopy of a parent’s ID is required.
- Drivers must proceed at walking speed when driving on campsite roads.
- The admission of day visitors is subject to the overall number of guests staying at the campsite and may therefore be limited or denied during periods of high occupancy.
- Playing ball games and riding bicycles for play throughout the campsite is strictly prohibited. Children must always be supervised when using equipment and restrooms. Parents are directly responsible for their children. Management declines all liability in case of accidents.
- At all hours of the day, noise and disturbances must be avoided; televisions and radios may be used but only at low volume.
- From 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM, absolute silence must be observed, therefore motor vehicles are prohibited within the campsite. Guests wishing to exit or enter after 12:00 AM must arrange in advance with the night watchman to park their car in the area adjacent to Reception before midnight.
- It is forbidden to dig pits or holes in the ground, lay impermeable tarpaulins on the pitches, erect gazebos on pitches, light fires (only gas barbecues are allowed), drive nails into trees, stretch tarpaulins between trees, or damage flowers, plants, or campsite equipment in any way—especially by pouring hot water onto the grass or at the base of plants. Violators will be liable for damages and expelled from the campsite.
- It is forbidden to dispose of paper, waste, or cigarette butts outside the designated bins.
- It is forbidden to wash dishes and laundry outside the designated areas.
- Car washing is not permitted.
- Each camper is responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings. Management assumes no liability, under any circumstances, for any loss, theft, or valuables.
- Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue any rules, regulations, schedules, or other measures as deemed necessary at any time.
- Management reserves the right to remove anyone responsible for harassment or vandalism.
- Entry or reservation at the campsite implies acknowledgment and acceptance of these rules.
Mobile Home Rules
- Weekly stays run from Saturday to Saturday; daily stays are subject to availability and season. Check-in for mobile homes: from 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out: from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. If the mobile home is not vacated by the designated time, an additional night will be charged. In case of late arrival or early departure, for any reason, the full amount for the booked period remains due. Unless otherwise agreed, arrival must be by 9:00 PM. Any reservation will be canceled if Reception has no news of the guest by 4:00 PM on the day following the scheduled arrival.
- Guests must pay the full amount due 7 days before their arrival. Cash payments exceeding legal limits are not accepted. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of €100.00 is required; it will be returned at departure after inspection of the unit’s condition, otherwise it will be retained for reconditioning costs. Only one small pet is allowed in certain mobile homes, subject to prior agreement with Management.
- Departures and arrivals follow the posted schedule. Mobile homes must be vacated by 10:00 AM.
- All campers and visitors, adults and children, are required to present their ID at Reception upon arrival; those without it will not be admitted. Minors without photo ID (see D.L. 03/05/2014) or unaccompanied by their parents are not permitted. For the duration of their stay, minors must be accompanied and housed with their parents or legal guardians, who are responsible for ensuring that the campsite rules are observed and respected. Children must always be supervised when using the facilities and restrooms. Parents are directly responsible for their children. In the case of unaccompanied minors, a parental authorization together with a photocopy of a parent’s ID is required.
- The guest is responsible for inspecting the condition and state of the accommodation’s materials; any defects must be reported promptly to Reception so that necessary maintenance can be carried out. The guest is liable for any damage or missing items and must cover the cost of repair or replacement. For organizational reasons, it is not possible to guarantee a specific unit number, only the requested accommodation type. Management reserves the right to make changes at any time before occupancy without prior notice to the guest but will accommodate requests whenever possible. Pets are allowed in certain units (maximum one per accommodation).

Pet Entry Rules
Pets are welcome at Camping Taimì; to ensure harmonious coexistence, we kindly ask you to follow the rules below:
- Pets are allowed in campervans and caravans you own; in tents and mobile homes, only one small pet is permitted.
- The presence of pets must be declared at the time of booking and upon arrival.
- Pet entry must be authorized by Management.
- Dog breeds and animals deemed dangerous or classified as such by authorities may, at Management’s discretion, be removed from the campsite.
- Pets must be accompanied by vaccination and flea/tick prevention records.
- Dogs must be kept on a short leash at all times and may not be left unattended on the premises.
- Any damage caused by your pets to third parties or campsite property is the sole responsibility of the owner.
- Dogs have free access to the public beach. They may be allowed on private beaches at the beach operator’s discretion.
- Pets must be taken outside the campsite for their needs. In all cases, owners must clean up after their animals.
- Owners must ensure full compliance with hygiene and sanitary regulations during their pet’s stay to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Owners who violate these rules will be asked to leave the campsite immediately.
Swimming Pool Rules
OPENING HOURS — from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
ADULTS ONLY (AGES 14+) — from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
UNDER-14 HOURS — 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM & 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
DEPTH 1.20 M — NO DIVING
MAXIMUM CAPACITY 40 PEOPLE
- The pool is not supervised by a lifeguard (L.R. 8/2006 Art. 3, para. 2)
- No diving. Pool depth 1.20 m.
- No pets allowed.
- No use of shampoo in the pool or showers.
- No bringing balls, floats, frisbees, toys, deck chairs, shoes, clothing, or electrical/audio equipment into the pool area.
- No swimming within 3 hours of a meal.
- No smoking in the pool area.
- No wearing sandals in the footbath or pool area.
- No eating or drinking in the pool area.
- Swimming prohibited under adverse weather conditions.
- It is mandatory to shower, use the footbath, and wear a swim cap before entering the water.
- A towel must be used on the wooden deck.
- Children under 14 are allowed only if accompanied by parents or other adults.
- Personal items, including towels on sunbeds, may not be left for more than 30 minutes; staff will remove them thereafter.
- Access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for guests staying at the campsite. Visitors and day guests are not permitted to use the swimming pool.
- Management reserves the right to remove guests who do not comply with these rules.
- Management declines all civil and criminal liability for any accidents to guests or third parties and for items or valuables left in the pool area due to non-compliance with these rules.

Legal basis for processing and purposes of processing
The processing of personal data provided by the data subject under the contract is necessary to enable the controller to fulfill its contractual obligations.
The processing is also aimed at fulfilling legal obligations related to the contract, particularly those concerning accounting, tax, social security, hygiene, safety, and health, as well as carrying out all necessary and mandatory administrative procedures for the proper management of the contractual relationship.
Nature of data provision: mandatory or optional
Providing personal data to the data controller may be necessary to achieve the purposes identified in this notice, or it may be optional.
The mandatory or optional nature of each data field is specified at the time of collection—mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
Refusal to provide Container Srl with data marked as mandatory makes it impossible to achieve the primary purpose of that specific collection: for example, the controller may be unable to accept your booking, execute the contract, or provide the requested services. Methods of processing data for those browsing the website
