Company rules for guests

1. BOOKING AND ENTRY

1.1. During the booking, the guest receives the regulations containing the security rules adopted by the structure: with the confirmation of the reservation, the guest accepts the regulations and undertakes to maintain the intended conduct in order to protect his own safety and the safety of other guests.

1.2. Each guest, upon entering the structure, fills in and sends (in digital or paper form) the self-certification form (made available by the operator at the time of booking and posted for consultation) attesting to the absence of symptoms of the disease from Covid19; the self-certification form for minors is subject to confirmation by the parents or guardians.

1.3. In case of non-regular completion and delivery of self-certification, the guest will not be allowed access to the property.

1.4. In the case of suspected contagion or temperature above 37,5, or even in the case of refusal of the guest to undergo the checks, it will not be possible to execute the contract of stay; the residence contract may be suspended or terminated at the time of execution if the guest becomes ill or becomes symptomatic or declares to have been in contact with the sick person.

  1. CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT PROCEDURES

2.1. We will try to prefer digital methods for check in and check out procedures, in order to limit contact with the people of the campsite. If it is not possible to proceed with these methods, check in and check out will be carried out at the reception where the safety distances indicated must be respected, as well as the use of a protective mask for nose and mouth and the sanitation of the hands by means of the gel made available.

  1. PAYMENTS

For each payment at the property it is recommended the use of credit card or electronic payments in general. Under no circumstances, will there be any exchange of coins or banknotes at the reception.

  1. SAFE ROUTES WITHIN THE CAMPSITE

Pedestrian traffic within the campsite must take place in such a way that gatherings and traffic jams are not created, and intersections between people are avoided as much as possible. Therefore, it is required to respect the internal pedestrian circulation as indicated by vertical display signs.

  1. USE OF MASKS

Inside the structure, in all common areas and in all occasions of contact with others, the guest is required to wear the mask that covers nose and mouth. The use of the mask is not necessary in all cases in which the guest is in the exclusive area of use and in the immediate vicinity (caravans, campers, tents, bungalows). Children over the age of 6 are required to wear the mask and parents or guardians take care to ensure that they provide.

  1. RESPECT FOR DISTANCES

Within the structure, the guest, even when he is in the area of exclusive use and in the immediate vicinity of the same, is always required to respect the safety distance of at least 1 meter from other guests (other than family members or people who are spending the stay with him), recommended 1.80 mt. It is not allowed, within the structure, gatherings of any kind so it is appropriate that not every family or group of guests who share areas of exclusive use meets with others. In all common areas (toilets, restaurant, bar, etc.) the
distance at least one meter or better 1.80 meters from the other guests. Mobile accommodation facilities for guests (e.g. tents, caravans, and motorhomes) must be located within the designated pitches in such a way as to ensure that the distance between the various crews is respected, in any case not less than 3 (three) meters between the two entrances of the housing units, if frontal. The distance of at least 1.5 meters must be maintained even when using accessories or appliances (e.g. tables, chairs, sunbeds, and deck chairs).

  1. SANITIZATION OF THE ENVIRONMENT.

The toilets will be sanitized in compliance with the current protocols with sanitizing products recognized by the Ministry of Health and cleaning will be carried out assiduously to ensure maximum safety in use by the guests. The bungalows will be sanitized before each delivery following the procedures provided by the Istituto Superiore di Sanità, using products recognized by the same; same thing will be done for cooling systems (air conditioner). In the locations of the structure where guests are expected to contact surfaces (e.g. reception), these will be sanitized several times a day. In several points of the structure will also be made available to hand sanitizing gel dispensers, the use of which is recommended several times a day.

  1. USE OF THE INDOOR SWIMMING POOL

The use of the swimming pool within the campsite will be organized in such a way as to limit access (1 person per 7 square meters) in compliance with the requirements and the Guidelines of the Government and the Region. For this reason, the company has decided that the maximum number of people present at the same time in the pool will not be higher than 12. It will also be mandatory to provide a soapy shower before entering the pool, as well as possess suitable headphones. For sunbathing areas and green areas, there will be distance between the umbrellas in such a way as to ensure an area of at least 10 (ten) square meters for each umbrella as defined in the Guide Line. For the same reason, the distance between the equipment (cots, deck chairs) will be such as to ensure a distance of at least 1.5 m; in this regard, it is forbidden to move such equipment from the position in which they are located.

  1. ENTERTAINMENT AND ENTERTAINMENT ACTIVITIES

Entertainment and entertainment activities are suspended. Children’s playgrounds are temporarily closed. The use of the football pitch is reserved only to members of the same family or to persons who according to the provisions in force are not subject to interpersonal distance.

  1. PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COVID-19 PROCEDURE AND CONTROLS

The employees of the company structure will monitor that guests comply with the above rules: in case of non-compliance or repeated violation by a guest, the campsite management will assess the suspension or termination of the contract of stay. Guests can contact the employees asking for information or directions or making reports.

  1. CASE OF AN INTERESTED GUEST

If the guest, at the time of check-in and the consequent checks (including body temperature), were to be symptomatic (body temperature above 37.5# ), the contract of stay will not be completed, and you will be invited to contact your doctor and to carry out all the necessary checks. The fact that the customer presents symptoms attributable to Covid-19, justifies the withdrawal from the contract by the operator, with full refund of the deposit. If the guest, will become symptomatic during the tourist stay then, a specific procedure will be activated and the guest will be removed from the tourist facility. Any accompanying persons of the person concerned will be removed or transferred elsewhere.
